YACHT MANAGEMENT

 

We are offering to yacht Owners management, supervising and professional care of their yachts while they are busy with another activities. We will take care of yachts in marinas of Bar and Budva.

We have prepared 3 kinds of managements:

 

1.  CHARTER MANAGEMENT (20% of charter):

 

Yacht - Montenegro LTD is taking over yacht only for intended charters during period of contract and after completion of each charter, yacht will be returned to Owner and he may charter it by himself or with another charter company until next offer by Yacht - Montenegro LTD.

In case of such charters on his own, Owner must notify us soon as booking of yacht is made.

Yacht - Montenegro LTD has obligation to organize the booking of the yacht, to verify that the yacht is in good shape on check-in and check-out, to be in daily contact with guests, to provide guests with weather forecast every evening for next day and to do all other necessary tasks in order to ensure a good use of the yacht.

Owner gets 80% of the net charter price (minus possible discounts). Yacht - Montenegro LTD grants the booking agency with a 20% commission on the net charter price (minus possible discounts).

The related costs for charter booking agencies, advertizing and promoting of yacht are the responsibility of Yacht - Montenegro LTD.

The Owner must insure the yacht at his own expenses, to pay all public taxes related to ownership of the yacht, to pay for the marina berth place and all normal maintenance works and necessary spare parts.

Yacht - Montenegro LTD is only in charge of yacht cleaning and washing after each charter (paid by the guests) and to ensure proper and detailed check-in and check-out of the yacht.

 

2.  YACHT MANAGEMENT WITHOUT CHARTER (Yacht Care pack price):

 

The “Yacht – Montenegro LTD” is taking over yacht during period of this contract and after completion of contract, yacht will be returned to Owner. This management is based only on Owner's yacht care without chartering of the yacht.

During this contract Owner may use his yacht any time and as long as he wants, and even he can charter yacht by himself or with another charter company, but in case of such charters or intention to use in his own, Owner must notify “Yacht – Montenegro LTD” at least 7 days in advance.

At the beginning of contract or whenever taking yacht from Owner after his personal use, after taking over of the yacht by the “Yacht – Montenegro LTD” from Owner, both parties will sign a taking over check list enclosing the inventory list of the equipment present on yacht.

Handover of the yacht has to be done after final cleaning organized by “Yacht – Montenegro LTD”, after completion of contract or whenever returning yacht to Owner for personal use or charter on his own.

Yacht - Montenegro LTD is only in charge of yacht care as per chosen Yacht Care pack.

In addition Yacht Montenegro LTD can organize for Owner various Yacht services from our offer.

 

3.  YACHT MANAGEMENT WITH CHARTER (20% of charter + Care pack price):

 

The “Yacht – Montenegro LTD” is taking over yacht during period of this contract and after completion of contract, yacht will be returned to Owner. The terms of this management are combination of first and second managements.

During this contract Owner may use his yacht any time and as long as he wants, and even he can charter yacht by himself or with another charter company, but in case of such charters or intention to use in his own, Owner must notify “Yacht – Montenegro LTD” at least 30 days in advance.

Yacht - Montenegro LTD has obligation to organize the booking of the yacht, to verify that the yacht is in good shape on check-in and check-out, to be in daily contact with guests, to provide guests with weather forecast every evening for next day and to do all other necessary tasks in order to ensure a good use of the yacht.

Apart of above 3 managements we can make any agreement in our mutual satisfaction.
